Recreational Aviation Australia (RAAus) Refund, Exchange and Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order you have placed with Recreational Aviation Australia (RAAus), you must contact customer support by email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 02 6280 4700.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped.
When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.
Please note that if the item has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund minus the shipping costs.
Out of Stock
Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as “in stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock.
In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder.
The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again.

RAAus complies with ACCC rules.
RAAus does not issue refunds if you received what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
If there is a problem with your product RAAus will replace it or offer you a refund.
RAAus strongly encourages you to keep your original receipt or a gift receipt as proof of purchase.
